SYNOPSIS :
Many organizations want to adopt AI, but the biggest mistake is to begin with the technology instead of the problem. AI is not about chasing features, it is about solving real operational challenges. In this talk, I will share how to build sustainable AI by starting with problem identification, then applying the right data, messaging, applications, and reasoning to deliver outcomes. Using examples from IT operations and security, I will show how sustainable AI can reduce noise, shorten response times, and give decision-makers clearer intelligence. The focus is on how to move from pilot projects to daily operations where AI becomes practical, reliable, and valuable.
