Membership ManagementSubscription & Profile

  1. Application for membership requirements:
    1. The deadline for filing of membership application is every 31st day of March. Applications received beyond the deadline (assuming approved) will disqualify the member/s from attending the National Conference unless he/she complies with the requirements specified in the NC Attendee Qualification Guideline.

    2. The applying member must submits a completely filled up membership form with signature of CIO or IT Head, an IT Organizational chart and a profile of the company.

  2. Criteria for Member Application Approval:
    1. An applying member, at the time of applications, must be an active independent IT consultant or an employee of a local or multinational company categorized as an end-user of IT Products and Services.

    2. The rank of the applying member together with his/her alternate must be Manager or up. The board reserves the right to make any exceptions.

    3. The role of the applying member must be related to IT. Other C- Levels (e.g. CFO) are up to board discretion.

  3. Number of Members per company:
    1. The maximum number of members per company will be six (6).

    2. Companies with more than 6 members as of December 31, 2022 may retain their number of members; but once the number is reduced, the maximum number of member will be reduced as well.

  4. Companies with more than six (6) member can only have a maximum number of six (6) voting rights.

  5. The annual membership fee will be Php 6,000.00 per head (Vat Inclusive). 

  6. Membership must be renewed annually. Expiration of membership is every 31st of March.


ITIP NATIONAL CONFERENCE QUALIFICATION GUIDELINE

 

  1. Membership due of the company has been fully paid before end of March

  2. Attending member is the primary or official alternate member

  3. Signed forms in relation the National Conference requirements are submitted before the due date.

  4. The member agrees to pay a no show fee if confirmed to attend but was not able to attend the event

  5.  The member must be able to attend at least 3 ITIP Interest Group events, 1 General Membership event or earn at the minimum 10 points by attending other ITIP events or participating to ITIP committees .
