Consent to the Processing of Personal Information

I voluntarily give my consent to I.T. Interaction Philippines, Inc. (ITIP) to collect, use, process, record, store, and disclose my personal information ("PI") provided in connection with my conference registration, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

I understand that my personal information will be used to:
• Process my conference registration and participation;
• Communicate important announcements, event updates, and conference-related information;
• Facilitate ITIP's programs, activities, and legitimate business operations; and
• Share information regarding ITIP's authorized partners, and their products or services through email, postal mail, telephone, or other communication channels, based on my communication preferences.

I understand that my personal information may be shared with ITIP's authorized partners, service providers, and their related companies solely for the purposes stated above and only in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

I acknowledge that ITIP will implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to safeguard my personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

I further acknowledge that I have been informed of my rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including my rights to access, correct, update, object to the processing of, restrict processing where applicable, or withdraw my consent, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
